Training comes in a couple of forms. 

Presentation training is done by paying attention to the presentations that your sponsor or upline will give to your contacts.  It can also be done one-on-one with your sponsor.  They will generally complete 3-5 presentations for you.  By that time, you should be ready to complete the presentation on your own.

 You will also need to become familiar with the Compensation Plan.   Read over it and make sure that any questions that you have are answered by your sponsor.
